How We Can Help You

As a physial therapist, we specialize in treating acute and chronic orthopedic and sports medicine injuries using one-on-one manual therapy techniques. We treat a diverse group of individuals, whether it be adults or children with developmental concerns.

OUR SPECIALTIES

Our Specialty: Adults

We assist adults with all orthopedic-related injuries, low back pain, and cervical correction. We utilize manual and massage therapy, postural correction, core strengthening, along with home exercise programs to provide long term self management and results.

Our Specialty: Children

Our methodology with children at our physical therapy clinic is to assist in attaining their developmental milestones, normalizing muscle tone, and obtaining oral motor control for improved speech and feeding skills.

We work with all types and ages of professional and amateur athletes with sports-related injuries. As a physical therapist, Jessica assists athletes in meeting their sport-specific goals, optimizing their performance and preventing future injury.

MEET JESSICA

Jessica moved to the Pacific Northwest from New England over 25 years ago. She graduated from Northeastern University where she obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Boston Bouve' College of Health and Sciences in 1992. She continued her graduate education at Boston University and completed her work there in 1994. Jessica enjoys treating people of all ages and all walks of life. As a physical therapist, Jessica’s primary focus is to prevent injuries and educate individuals on how to protect their body to transition back to everyday life. You will love how she can help you through physical therapy.

Outside the clinic, Jessica can be found spending time with her three children, family and friends, or playing with her dog, Lily.
